Why Donate to Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue?
Why Donate?
On behalf of Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue, we would like to thank you for even considering us as a recipient of your generosity. There are a variety of reasons that people support our organization. One of the top reasons is that our community wants their fire department to have the latest and greatest equipment and apparatus so that when the time comes for them to call on us, they know we are ready. Others donate because their loved ones were firefighters or because we have served their loved ones before.
When you donate to Monrovia Volunteer Fire/Rescue, 100% of your donation goes to supporting our mission. We are 100% volunteer from top to bottom. When you donate $1, not only do you receive the benefit of a tax deductible donation, we spend $1 on equipping our members with the tools, training and apparatus they need to serve you.

With rising costs of goods. a growing community, and limited resources Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue continues to rely on our community for support through donations of various kinds.
Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue responds to more than 2,000 calls a year, making us one of the busiest volunteer departments in north Alabama. Still, we continue to provide quick response times and arrive to 100% of calls 100% of the time for 6 years running.
